GILLIAN BELL CAKE
I source organic, local and seasonal produce for my cakes straight from the farmers. I even have a share in a organically-raised local herd of Jersey cows to ensure I get the best quality dairy for my cakes! In my postage stamp-sized garden, I grow a small range of organic fruits and edible flowers for cakes, and make my own conserves and preserves. If I can’t grow it, I source seasonal fruits and flowers from organic growers.
I love baking and designing simple, elegant cakes and home-style cakes. I use hand-made sugar flowers, edible flowers from my garden, vintage ribbons and buntings to create cakes that will make everyone smile. This is what I do… I hope you like it.
